Append-only and hash-chained, so an altered entry stops verifying. The coordinator is recorded as herself, acting for the agent — never as the agent. Refused attempts are part of the record.

SignBlock is in daily use at a working brokerage across Montana, Idaho, Washington, Wyoming, and North Dakota. Transactions, documents, supervision, and the record run now. Forms, signature, and the closing packet are in build with the first tenants, in that order.
